Anticipation
H & J are full of questions and concerns about when the baby will be here. A common question is "Is she coming tomorrow?" So we had to start a countdown for them. I am happy that they are excited and can't wait. I am ready too, at this point I would rather be sleep deprived then so uncomfortable. Needless to say all of us are ready.

Good Bye chickens...Hello questions!
We got 5 chickens for easter and slowly they are dying one by one. They understand that when you die you go to live with Heavenly Father and that we will be resurrected. So H asked if the cat was going to dye. I told her someday. She was then worried. She told me the cat would get the chickens! Boy how little kids minds think. J has asked a few times when the chickens will come back alive.
One expensive paper!
Brad took J & H to purchase a rocker/recliner for me to use when the baby is born. J was so excited when he got home he told me that they bought a receipt!!! They had to order the chair and gave us the receipt for pick up.

If only she knew!
The other day we bought a chicken from the store and H asked if we killed the chicken. I told her that someone did and now we are going to eat it. I asked her if we should kill our chickens that we got for easter and eat them. "No!" "Why not?" I asked. She replied "Because we don't have a gun to shoot them and kill them!" If only she knew that we don't need a gun!

8 Years and Counting!
Brad and I have been married for 8 years today. I couldn't imagine being married to anyone better than him. He is a wonderful husband and Daddy to our children. Sure we have had our ups and downs but wouldn't want to go through those with anyone else. I love you Dear!!!

Yeah, for little kids!!
Over a month ago Brad had lost his keys we looked everywhere, went through everything and still no keys. J was going through a bucket of toys and he said "Here are some keys!" Brad and I turned and looked and sure enough there was Brad's keys he's been missing for a month maybe two. I thought Brad had looked through the toys and he said he did, but I guess not hard enough! What a relief though, to not have to go through the hassle of changing locks and what not since we had no idea where his house key was. Now we do, in Brad's pocket once again.

It's getting there
We got H's room painted and princess stickers up on the wall, her bed and dresser back in there now just to get the crib and changing table in there. Next is off to find a dresser. H is so excited, she said today "Daddy, Mommy, and I painted my room because I am going to share my room with my new baby sister!" I guess she didn't realize that we have been planning on painting her room for awhile, before I was even pregnant. It was cute still though.

Excitement
H is so excited for her new baby sister to come. She asked me the other if I was taking good care of her baby sister in my tummy. Then she told me she would take good care of her when she came out of my tummy. It was so cute. We are getting ready to paint her room and to get things rearranged in there, she is so excited about that too. We will see if her excitement lasts long when she is woken up in the middle of the night. I am excited too, because I realized that I am almost down to single digit weeks, uncomfortableness has really begun to come upon me.

Who stole the Cookie...?
K did! Brad got out a couple of cookies, while he was eating one of them (the other was on the counter) K got down went into the kitchen and came back out so excited. He had Daddy's other cookie. What a look of excitement he had on his face. One of those moments that I wish I had my camera. Brad's look of surprise that he did that was a good one too.

It's a....
Well, we are having a GIRL! H is so excited to have a roommate. She's been wanting J to sleep in her room a lot lately and when I tell her no, she gets a really sad look on her face and says she wants someone to sleep in her room with her. (We will see how long it is though until she wants her own room!)

At Least he wasn't poopy!
K came up to me yesterday from down stairs. In one hand holding his pants and in the other his diaper. He told me it was dirty. Luckily it wasn't poopy. I sure hope that potty training interests him soon. Before June would be great!

Attempt at homemade cheese
I tried to make homemade cheese and it worked pretty good. Maybe after another try or two it will be better. But I do have to say it helped the store baught cheese go farther so that was a plus.
Look how our garden grew!

It worked the first time!
I attempted to make homemade yogurt and it actually worked the first time. I had to change the water it was sitting in the cooler, but it worked I am so excited. It was hard to believe how easy it was. It was made from non instant powdered milk, which is cheaper than milk and instant milk, and I coudln't even taste the powdered milk taste. This is the base also for sour cream, so now I can make my own sour cream too. My next trial will be homemade cheese. wish me luck.

What a Wonderful Weekend
What a great opportunity we had this weekend to listen to General Conference. I really enjoyed listening to the prophet and the leaders of the church. I am so glad to know that we have a living prophet on the earth today to teach us and to guide us. I know that I came away from conference with a stronger testimony, with things I need to work on, with greater understandings, and with a feeling of love and comfort. I love this gospel!

Both in School
H and J are now in school at the same time twice a week. I gives me a nice little break with just K (who, at that time, is sleeping). I have numerous projects and things to do during that time, we will see what gets done. They are both loving school and look forward to every morning. I hope they continue their excitement for school. We have been having issues with our computer and finally got it fixed-it's called a new computer. Now we better not have issues for awhile. Last night I went to a milk class on how to use dry milk. It was great! We learned a lot of things. How to make yogurt, sour cream, soft cheeses, hard cheese, etc. I am excited to try it all. It all seems really easy. It's always fun taking a class with a friend, too, thanks Emily for going with me, hope it was useful to you. I will let you know how the recipes go.

First Day of School
J first day of school was on wednesday. I can't believe it, he is getting so big, he even didn't want me to take him to school the first day he wanted to ride the bus. Yah, that was a hard one! He is loving it and loving being so big. I hope that he is always this enthusiastic about learning and school.
