The Latest Happening

H got an academic award.

J was a sea turtle in his AWESOME 2nd grade program.

J ran 5 miles during the "Pumathon"

End of the Year Fun! H presenting Poetry Night. Jeffery Presenting his Mountain Lion Presentation.

We had a blast during the Taylor Family Reunion.

J and Melissa went to boy scout day camp. J had so much fun.

E turned 2! And boy does she know how to throw a temper tantrum, but we love her anyway. Just look at those curls. Wow.

K is turning 5 this week. It's hard to believe. He is such a character, we just love him to death.

OK so I have a bit to catch up on. In December J turned 8 and got baptized. We were so proud of him and he was so excited.

In Jan we got an addition to our household. As you can see E loves it to death! She thinks "MeMe" (Minnie) is hers and no one else. It cracks me up when they roll around on the floor together. It is just so funny. Everyone else loves her too, well I don't know about myself though.

K (and everyone else) enjoyed the snow!

H's friend moved away and she still misses her (I miss her and her family too). H wants to go to Texas to see her or she wants her to come here for the day to have a play date.

I was actually able to put 2 pony tails in E's hair.

In March Brad and I were able to take a trip just the two of us for our 10 year anniversary (in April). We went to Disneyland and had so much fun. There were times we were glad we went just the two of us, but there were also times we were sad that the kids weren't there with us. Thank you to our families for helping out with the kids while we were gone. And yes I did go on the rides with Brad, there were only 2 that I wouldn't go on with him.

J played baseball and loved it.

E's Hair is starting to curl.

We had a girls weekend to go to Carlie's baby shower. This is in our hotel and she is looing at the Temple.

In April we did the march of dimes. The kids are with McGruff the Crime Dog. My Dad started McGruff in Boise about 25 years ago or so. So this is a fun picture.

E is swinging all by herself.

H had her Dance recital.

J got a trophy at the end of baseball. The coolest trophy. It's a ball signed by his coaches and players in a display box.

K had his end of the year preschool picnic. Him and his teacher, Ms. Janis.

How about that!

How about that Zucchini! And Aunt Carlie thought that she had big zucchinis! Although we have had bigger zucchinis in a couple of our past gardens.

New Photographer

My mom is starting her own photography business, which means that she got a new camera. When she was over at our house the other day she was having some fun with it. Look at the cute pictures she got! What a crack up J was being! K did not want his picture taken, hence why there isn't any photos of him.

1st day of Preschool

K is loving going to preschool. The only thing he doesn't like is that it isn't everyday. He sure is growing up too. It's sad that they are all growing up before my eyes, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

soccer season has begun

J is loving soccer. He is doing good and going after the ball and kicking it. We are so proud of him. He is coming more out of his shell each year.

He's lost it!

J lost his other front tooth. It was great watching him trying to eat corn on the cob. My little man is growing up too fast. This may seem weird but I realized that those teeth that he is loosing are the first teeth he got when he was a baby! Even though he will always be my baby, just like all of my kids, I have to face the fact that he is growing up and way to fast.

Summer is over School is in

Well, I think that's the highlights of our summer. It was quite busy, I guess it wouldn't be summer if it wasn't though. K is loving some one on one time with Mommy while the two are at school and E is sleeping. Mommy is loving being able to spend a little more time with him too.
